For archival purposes Microfilm is still the best option, the life expectancy of microfilm is far greater that CD-ROM and the cost is far less. If you have documents that must be kept but hardly ever looked at, microfilming gives you the least expensive and safest way to store documents. As the need arises to view these documents they can be easily digitized for easy viewing, if you do not have the reader printer for viewing and printing microfilm.

Carmel Business Systems can microfilm in all formats 16MM, 35MM and convert these to digital images for fast easy retrieval.
